Roomsday Travel achieves eightfold increase in profit in just one year
Roomsday Travel is a hotel reservation agency founded in 2013 that aims to meet the traveller’s every need. To reach its target market, Roomsday Travel uses Google AdWords, which allows them to accurately segment their audience according to region of origin and time zone. Thanks to this, they’ve achieved very high conversion ratios and have significantly boosted their income. “We started out earning around €150,000 a year, and now in 2014 we’re at €1.2 million,” says Director Alberto Suárez. This astounding growth also has a lot to do with Google Analytics, which allows Roomsday Travel to study search tendencies and adapt the offers they make to clients accordingly. Alberto explains that since they’re smaller than the competition, they have a greater capacity for analysis, and this helps them to be more efficient. They have AdWords and Analytics to thank for between 80% and 90% of reservations made, making these key tools for the business.
