With the help of Google products, IT expert Nejc Lepen and cellist Zrinka Vlasic have successfully combined computer programming and classical music teaching – two activities you wouldn't normally imagine taking place under the same roof. However, as Nejc explains, the two activities can complement each other. Talking about the tools they use, he adds: "The website for cello teaching at www.zrinkavlasic.com was created within the core business – to advertise, I used a combination of Google Analytics and Google AdWords." As a connoisseur of digital marketing, even Nejc was bowled over by the results. In his opinion, Google gives young and growing businesses the opportunity to reach a key target group in a way that isn't viable with traditional media. He confides: "Google is offering me a useful, visible and accessible tool that can be used to increase growth."
