Lightup.no enjoys glowing progress

Online shop Lightup has been selling lights to private customers since 2010. Google has been invaluable when it comes to marketing the e-commerce website. With the help of AdWords and Google Analytics, the company has established its brand, is more visible online and has succeeded in reaching its target customer base. AdWords is its most important marketing channel, and has helped Lightup become a success in less than four years.

Manager Martin Erlandsen says: “Sales doubled every year for the first three years. In the last year, we’ve had a 20% increase, and in four years we have soared to 10 million Norwegian kroner.” Almost all of Lightup’s marketing is online, and Google tools have proven the most cost-effective. Martin confirms: “Without Google I would’ve worked a lot more for significantly lower income, and we wouldn’t be where we are today.”
