Borgman Earls uses Google AdWords to target people who might have properties they want to let. “AdWords has helped us leapfrog over the competition and appear on the first page when people put in keywords that are relevant for our business,” explains Nick Borgman, the company’s Director. “For a start-up like us, which needs to get its name out there, AdWords can be invaluable, especially as our website is new and still a work in progress.” AdWords, especially when linked with Google Analytics, also enables Borgman Earls to see exactly how it is spending its advertising budget. “In our line of business, the revenue we can generate from a single AdWords lead in terms of a letting is well worth the initial investment,” says Nick.
