New e-commerce company gets off to a flying start

Archivio is an e-commerce site offering high-quality luxury goods, with a particular emphasis on Italian products. “We use AdWords, Analytics, Tag Manager and Google Merchant for our campaigns,” says Digital Marketing Manager Antonio Civita. “With the help of carefully chosen keywords and a well-designed landing page, we’ve tripled our lead generation in the last few months. Our conversion rate has also been very good, at between 10% and 20% for some brands.” Established in 2014, the company is already seeing its decisions bear fruit. “Large numbers of people are registering on the site,” Civita says. “In the past month alone we’ve gone from 1,000 to 3,000.” He has been pleasantly surprised at the effectiveness of Google products in helping a brand-new company to gain market share. “We’re particularly impressed by how easy they are to use, and how they've helped us to build a business.” Archivio’s growing success shows how the right choice of products and promotion methods can quickly create a profitable operation. As Civita puts it, “using Google can put your business one step ahead.” Thanks to Google, although the company may not have started out in pole position, it's now very much in the running.
