Alphaink more than doubles its sales with help from Google AdWords and Google Merchant Center
Alphaink is a Rome-based company selling toner cartridges, paper and other printer consumables and components. Webmaster Alberto Palestini says that the business currently spends its entire advertising budget online, mainly on Google AdWords and Google Merchant Center. He has seen particularly good results from the latter, and recently began using dynamic remarketing as well. “Our sales have more than doubled since last year, and we’ve grown from four employees to 12. A lot of this is down to AdWords and Merchant Center. We’ve also expanded our warehouse from 500 square metres to 1,700 square metres. Everything about the business is growing, and we’re even competing with big names in the sector, thanks to a carefully targeted pricing strategy.” Palestini adds: “Google products have greatly increased our visibility and we’ve also seen growth in conversions. In fact, without Google we wouldn’t be where we are today.”
