Pan Comido relies on Google tools to promote its business

Founded just a few months ago, Pan Comido is a small business that offers home delivery of bread and newspapers. The service, located in the city of Burgos, Spain, is environmentally friendly since deliveries are exclusively by bicycle or on foot. From the very beginning, founders Javier and Marta Barroso have relied on Google’s products to both manage and promote the business, as the tools are “accessible, intuitive and easy to use.” They primarily use Google Analytics to measure traffic on their website and to see how their communications campaigns function both online and offline. In addition, they use Google AdWords to attract visitors to their site and promote the business. Javier says, “AdWords isn’t just based on the highest bid, but on quality measures as well. This allows us to be competitive with bigger businesses.” Their success is unquestionable: in just a few months of offering their service, they’ve seen an almost fourfold increase in the number of customers, with a corresponding increase in income. According to Javier, for a project like his that’s just starting out, “having access to powerful tools has made all the difference.”
