Asistecnik quadruples its customer base thanks to online advertising
Asistecnik is a small company consisting of two people which provides locksmith, plumbing and electrical repair services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They respond to all types of calls in record time and at very reasonable prices. Asistecnik spends half of its marketing budget on Internet advertising, primarily using Google AdWords which has steadily helped the company to grow. Since it started using AdWords in 2013, Asistecnik now gets four times more calls and its turnover has increased by 30%. As a result, they have started working in other cities. “I wasn’t aware of AdWords before but, thanks to Google’s technical support, I have learned how to use it and it has become an important tool for the business,” says Asistecnik Manager Marcos Villar. Now that the company has made a name for itself on the Internet, the immediate goal is to continue growing and open offices in other parts of Spain.
