MoveMaster successfully crosses the gulf
MoveMaster is an Estonian firm offering professional moving services. General Manager Aaro Kõuts looks back at its beginnings: “Initially people found us through Google AdWords. Since professionalism is extremely important in our line of work, word then started spreading about the quality we represent. The level of trust has increased and many new clients now come to us through their friends’ recommendations.”
A while ago the firm decided to extend its services to the Finnish market. But it quickly became apparent that it was relatively hard to get established there as an Estonian firm. Aaro continues: “Because we haven’t opened a local branch in Finland yet, AdWords and Google have been of tremendous help. It’s thanks to these services that anyone finds us there at all!”
Aaro has worked in the industry for 15 years and, in his opinion, AdWords’ biggest impact on the firm’s business is in the Estonian and Finnish markets: “What I like is that AdWords yields real results. Statistics clearly show that the enquiries we receive have increased by at least 50%.”
