Security firm wins prominent new assignments
TVA-Vagt provides a security guard service for customers in Copenhagen and the rest of Zealand. It has served the same group of loyal customers for more than 15 years. In 2014, the firm decided to expand its customer base, and in August that year it created a Google AdWords account with the intention of bringing more traffic to its website.
Since then, things have gone better than expected, explains Project Manager Jess Theis Hansen: “Now we receive several calls a week where people just phone out of the blue. That never used to happen. Google AdWords is the main marketing channel we’re using right now and it has already brought three new customers on board. Among these is a prominent customer that has meant we’ve had to hire two new full-time employees.”
Jess continues: “We can now compete with the companies that we used to feel were beating us. I think this prominent customer clearly demonstrates that. We’ve got more to do, including administratively, because we have to get tenders and quotations ready.”
