Tourist guide’s customer base is boosted by 90%
Poznańska Pyra is owned and operated by Jakub Bielawski, a licensed tourist guide. The company, created in 2013, invites tourists to explore the royal town of Poznań. Online visibility and website traffic are crucial to Jakub’s company, which is why he started using Google AdWords in April 2014. Since then, he has grown his client base by 90%. What’s more, the ads have helped him expand his business: initially Poznańska Pyra had customers from Poznań only, but now it attracts customers from the rest of Poland, as well as the UK, Ukraine, Belarus and Russia. Jakub explains: “When two people meet, usually something good comes out of it. I’m glad that someone once told me about AdWords.” Jakub especially likes AdWords for its competitive edge and functionality. While the company’s outgoings have remained stable, its revenue growth and increased number of customers has led it to spend a large part of its advertising budget on AdWords.
