Business growth and Google AdWords go hand in hand for Nailpoint
For beauty therapy service provider Nailpoint, Google AdWords has proven to be a great tool in developing an online presence and customer base. Nailpoint has used AdWords ever since it was established. “There are lots of new features in AdWords and we’re not yet using it to its full potential. However, our annual turnover has steadily grown by an average 25%, and we’ve been able to take on one new employee every year,” reveals Nailpoint’s Managing Director, Evelin Laukkanen.
Evelin is already looking to the future: “We’re even planning to relocate to bigger premises to ensure our growth doesn’t stop! At the moment, though, our services are really localised in the Greater Helsinki area. If we were to develop an online shop, we’d definitely be able to expand to the whole of Finland.”
Evelin continues: “A lot of our competitors have ceased trading over the last year, but we’ve managed to stay ahead of the game. There aren’t many operators in this sector that are able to stay afloat or even expand their operations. Our strengths are our permanent staff and our online booking system, which we make much better use of than before. Thanks to AdWords, our potential customers go straight from our ads to making a booking. In total, around 40% of our new bookings come from the online system.”
