Chipoteka stays ahead of the game and raises brand awareness

Chipoteka is a retail chain that sells electronic components, computer equipment and mobile devices. It imports 80% of its products from abroad, and its full range of high-quality, fast-growing brands is available at its brick-and-mortar stores in Zagreb, Osijek, Pula, Rijeka, Split and Zadar. It has been using Google AdWords for a little over a year, and immediately noticed how it helped them develop their business and raise brand awareness. “A year ago, we opened our online shop and immediately started using AdWords: it helps us achieve more visibility in searches,” says Marko Žužić, Chairman of the Board. It also helps Chipoteka compete with the big players in their market. Chipoteka spends about 50% of its budget on online advertising and uses different online channels to bring more visitors to its website. What it likes most about Google AdWords is the ability to measure results and how this helps them keep ahead of the game.
