Brana Tours' customers are finding them easily online
Travel agency Brana Tours arranges accommodation for visitors to the Kvarner region. It uses two Google products: Google AdWords, which helps customers find the agency more easily online; and Google Maps, which helps them find it on the ground. Although it’s only a small agency with two employees, which can make it difficult to compete with bigger players, Brana Tours continues to grow year on year and to find new customers – or to be precise, new customers continue to find it. As the agency is closed for part of the year, it starts advertising via AdWords again when it expects customers to start making enquiries. Branislav Hvizdak, Head of Marketing and Promotion, says: “Google AdWords is one of our key forms of advertising; without it, business would be more difficult.” Leaflets are the only other form of advertising the agency uses, but Branislav says no leaflet can reach as many people as Google or allow Brana Tours to compete with other, larger agencies.
