Baby Bazar uses online tools to turn around the market for used children’s goods
Baby Bazar sells used clothing and other products for children, and has forty outlets in Italy. Part of what makes it unique is using the Internet to simplify the management of its consignment system.
“The real challenge was being able to sell offline with online advertising campaigns,” says Chief Executive Alessandro Giuliani. The company found Google products very helpful right from the start. “We were able to expand thanks to an advertising campaign that cost only €20 a day. We’ve had a significant increase in traffic, and 12% sales growth, thanks to AdWords.” The company also uses Google My Business, a free tool that allows it to measure the impact of online promotions on footfall in its stores. “With Google’s help, I never felt overwhelmed by all the hard work,” Giuliano says. “Instead, it’s been a really exciting adventure.”
