IT training and consulting firm triple their AdWords budget within three years
Maxpert GmbH is an IT training and consulting firm that provides assistance in the areas of service management, program and project management. Founded in Frankfurt am Main, the accredited agency specialises in international best practice management methods and is active throughout Europe. Maxpert has been using Google AdWords to drive growth since 2006 – with spectacular results. “AdWords helps us to significantly boost brand awareness, although we mainly use the tool for customer acquisition,” explains Marketing Manager Melanie Bender. Maxpert is active on Google+, YouTube, Twitter and Xing. “The more sales AdWords generates, the more money we invest in it. Over the last few years our AdWords budget has tripled. I think that speaks for itself,” says Bender. “Google AdWords gives us the opportunity to address our customers directly. From regional ads and ad extensions to re-marketing campaigns – we use everything AdWords has to offer. The reporting tools provided also enable us to constantly monitor the cost-effectiveness of our advertising budget.” Maxpert also gives Google top marks for customer service. The Frankfurt IT specialists are currently collaborating with their Google advisor on a concept for their recently-launched YouTube channel.
